Windows health check app requireing a higher windows version

Whenever I try installing the health check app it tells me that I don't have a high enough windows version even though I do, is it because I'm using windows 10 pro?139063-screenshot-2021-10-08-204307.png

am I missing something or is it just not working for some reason?

    Check for Windows Update and see if there is any new update and if yes, then install them.
    Try restart your PC and try again.
