    Hello Avenash Mandhan,

I understand your Bing Places listing is stuck in "Pending Publish" longer than expected. A quick workaround is to make a minor edit to your listing (e.g. tweak a word in the description) and resubmit — this can re-trigger the publish pipeline and get it moving again.

If that doesn't work, the best next step is to reach out directly via the https://www.bing.com/forbusiness/contactSupport where the team can investigate the listing status on their end.

For a Bing business listing that has been stuck in “Pending publish” beyond the stated ETA, the next step is to contact Bing support so the case can be reviewed.

    Use one of these options:

    1. Go to the Bing Places portal for business listings issues:
      • Open the Bing Places portal and sign in with the account used for the listing.
      • Use the available help/support options there to raise the issue with the Bing Places team.
    2. If general Bing support or escalation is needed:
      • Use the Bing concern/contact channel described in Bing help to report the problem with the listing and request assistance.
    3. If additional help is required from the community:
      • Post the problem (including screenshots and the time since submission) in the Microsoft community forum under the Bing category so other users and moderators can advise.

Bing does not provide a direct ticketing system link for listings in the documentation, so these are the supported ways to get a human to review and move the listing forward.
