Getting Developer support subscription renewal email even though the microsoft account has been deleted

Hi,

I had a microsoft account which I deleted last month or may be 2 months back, but Microsoft is still trying to renew the Developer support subscription & is trying to access my prepaid card to debit the money.

When the account itself has been deleted, how is the subscription still active?

    Hi Grace,

    I think I understood the problem. When I cancelled my Pay-as-you-go subscription, I got message that developer support plan is still active & should be cancelled.

    But I had deleted my microsoft account itself from the azure portal. Is it possible that plan can be active? If yes, can you please stop it from backend? account name:- uv.tuvi@Stuff .com
