Cannot retrieve email. Might be a password problem

changed my password for my phone. Now my PC cannot retrieve emails

    Hello, did you update the password in your Outlook app on your PC after changing it on your phone?

    When you change your account password, your PC mail app keeps the old one and fails to sync. Open Outlook on your PC, go to File, Account Settings, then select your email account and choose Update Password or Remove and add the account again with the new password. After that, restart Outlook so it can reconnect and sync your emails properly.
