Guest users in teams cannot view files (pdf)

Guests have full access on teams and on azure, however guests are still unable to view files

Please help

    Do you mean you met something like this:

    And can the guests download those .pdf files?

    I tried some .pdf files and found that some of them could be opened directly in Teams, while the other are not. You may try with some other .pdf files and if you could download it and open, then I guess the issue is more related with the .pdf file itself.
