In Edge or any browser, the Send button for email replies is provided by the mail service (AOL), not by Windows 11 or Microsoft Edge. If the Send button is missing when replying to AOL mail in Edge, the issue is with the AOL webmail page or your AOL account configuration, not with Outlook or Edge’s built‑in mail features.

For Microsoft products like Outlook, the Send button appears only after an email account is configured. If no account is set up, the Send button is missing until an account is added and verified.

Because AOL is the mail provider in this case, contact AOL support or use AOL’s help resources to troubleshoot why the Send button is not appearing in their web interface. Also try:

    1. Signing out of AOL webmail and signing back in.
    2. Using a different browser temporarily to see if the Send button appears there.
    3. Clearing Edge’s cache and reloading the AOL mail page.

If using Outlook instead of AOL webmail and the Send button is missing there, verify that an email account is configured:

    1. In Outlook, select File.
    2. Select the Info tab, then Account Settings > Account Settings.
    3. On the E-mail tab, confirm that an account is listed.
      • If no account is listed, select New and run through the Add Account wizard to add the email account.
    4. If an account is listed but the Send button is still missing, remove the account and add it again from the same Account Settings dialog.

If the Send button still does not appear in Outlook after re-adding the account, create a new Outlook profile and add the email account to that profile.
