    Dear @Lucie Torelli,

To help me narrow down the best recovery method, could you let me know a few quick details?

    1. Where was the file originally saved?
      • On your local computer (e.g., Desktop or Documents folder)?
      • On a cloud location like OneDrive, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams?
    2. How are you trying to access it?
      • Are you opening it directly within the Excel app (File > Open), or are you looking for it in Windows File Explorer / OneDrive on the web?
    3. Is it in your "Recent" list?
      • If you open Excel and go to File > Open > Recent, do you see it there? If so, what happens when you click it?
    4. Did Excel close unexpectedly?
      • Did the app crash, or was the computer shut down before you could save the latest changes?
    5. Have you checked the Recycle Bin?
      • This includes your computer's local Recycle Bin or the online OneDrive/SharePoint Recycle Bin.

Once I have narrowed down the issue, I can proceed directly to the appropriate recovery steps (such as using the AutoRecover feature, Version History, or a local search).

I look forward to helping you recover your data.
