    Hi,

If you're trying to activate offline, first make sure you have written down your product key. It's a 25-digit FPP key; you can use the Showkey Plus program (link below) to write it down if you've already entered it previously.

    https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pkvzcprx9nv?hl=pt-BR&gl=ST

Then, disconnect your PC from the internet, open the command prompt (admin), and enter the command: slmgr /upk. Wait for the alert that the key has been uninstalled and restart your PC.

After restarting, go to Start Menu > Settings > System > Activation > Change product key. Keep the key and enter the key you have. See if it recognizes and activates.

If it does, restart your PC and see if it remains activated. If so, reconnect to the internet.

If this doesn't work, the best way to contact Microsoft is via Home Chat. Click on the link below and type "Windows". Below that, you will find the "Contact Support" option.

Enter your details to open the chat. A Microsoft representative will then help you.

Error 0x803F7008 indicates Windows can’t currently reach the activation servers, even though the product key itself may be valid.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Confirm Windows 11 is fully installed and updated
    • Press Win + R, type winver, and confirm Windows 11 is running.
    • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update and install all pending updates.
    1. Run the Activation troubleshooter
    • Go to Start > Settings > System > Activation.
    • If you see an error, select Troubleshoot.
    • Let the troubleshooter run and apply any fixes it suggests. For Windows 11, the Get Help-based troubleshooter is the recommended first step. You can also use the Run the troubleshooter in Get Help entry from the activation help page.
    1. Re-enter the product key
    • In Settings > System > Activation, select Change product key.
    • Enter the 25-character key again and try activation.
    1. Check for edition/key mismatch
    • Ensure the key is for Windows 11 Pro and matches the edition installed. If the key is for a different edition (for example, Home vs Pro), activation will fail with other errors such as 0xC004F212.
    1. Wait and retry
    • Activation servers can sometimes be temporarily unavailable. Wait a few hours and try activation again from Settings > System > Activation.
    1. If the error persists
    • If the error code changes (for example, to 0xC004C003 or 0xC004F034), follow the guidance for that specific code on the activation errors page.
    • If activation still fails and the code remains 0x803F7008, contact Microsoft support from the Activation page or via the Get Help app so they can check the key and server-side status.
