I redeemed a robux gift card code on Microsoft Rewards but it didn't work and got no code.

    I know it’s frustrating to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points and then not receive the Robux gift card code.

    Since Rewards redemptions are handled directly by Microsoft Rewards team, they’ll be the best team to review what happened and help resolve the missing code.

    When contacting them, be sure to include the reward you redeemed and the date of redemption.

    I hope they’re able to get this sorted out for you quickly.
