My Hotmail account (******@hotmail.com) is not receiving emails. This is only happening on my IPhone. My other devices able to see new emails. It did say something about no connection to Server? I have uninstalled and re-installed twice with no difference

Do you see any “Cannot connect to server” error in Mail?

Remove the account again, then add it back using Exchange instead of Outlook.com. Go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, Add Account, Microsoft Exchange, enter your email, sign in, and ensure Mail is turned on. Then go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, Fetch New Data, enable Push. If it still fails, go to Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, then Reset Network Settings. This re-establishes the server connection and restores email sync on your phone.

I did exactly as you stated, the email still does not come in. I have refreshed it it does take awhile refreshing but nothing new (email ) comes in....when I go to my other devices it seems to be working fine, but not on the phone.

Hi, are you using the Mail app on your iPhone or the Microsoft Outlook app?

On iPhone, remove and re-add the account to refresh the server connection. Go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, select your Hotmail account, then Delete Account. Restart the iPhone. Then add it again using Outlook.com as the account type and sign in. After adding, go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, Fetch New Data, turn on Push or set Fetch to automatic. This resets the connection to the mail server and restores syncing.
