Payment Dispute

Hi,

I wish to dispute a Microsoft 365 product on a one year subscription (cost £116.64) that was billed to my AMEX account just over a week ago (Invoice no G147703148). I do not have this product.

The same issue has repeated itself from one year ago. I have a Service Request 31/03/25 2.22 PM UTC #7071908171 confirming a refund and I believed that the case was closed. However, Microsoft took the same payment again one year later on 16/03/26. There was a technical error or glitch at the time that meant the software could not be downloaded. I would like you to refund me asap please.

Separately I subscribe to the family version of MS Office (which is completely different product to this) which works well but that is covered by a separate transaction.

Please can you therefore process a refund asap.

Kind Regards,

James Buckingham

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
