According to the Microsoft article below, if you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days. Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot speed up or expedite the process.

- Checking whether your phone is blocking texts from unknown numbers.
- If you are still having issues, signing in to your PC in Safe Mode and trying to reset your password.
