Hello, Since about March 20th, there is a problem with Microsoft Store, it opens but there are no longer the download icons etc, the store is completely black with the icon in the center and this causes a significant consumption of the CPU, so I have to restart the computer. No need to repair or reset with wsreset, it's useless. My computers are old and I can't upgrade, I have three with windows 11 pro 21h2, but they work very well, and I don't want to change them, I receive by Windows Update only a few security updates, and for the moment I download for the store, the msix. So I tried to search on the internet but without answers, except that there would be a bug in these latest updates, the surprising thing, I have a 32 bit tablet windows 10 pro and the store works without problem. If you have a solution to my question, it is welcome, thank you.

I just want to ask and know how and where did you get the Microsoft.WindowsStore_22601.1401.3.0_neutral_._8wekyb3d8bbwe_2a4383a5-5218-429e-bde3-81321a54cfa1.msixbundle to install on your computer?

What is your current Windows operating system and version?

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: winver

    Press Enter

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response.

My Microsoft Store version is 22602.1401.4.0 and it works fine on my device.

    Hello,

everything is in service, as you can see, at the moment I want to enter the store, I have the logo and that's it, I left it open for several hours, nothing changes and the consumption of the cpu is high, I have to turn the computer back on to return to a normal situation, it is impossible to interrupt the process from Task Manager.
