To sync the Outlook calendar with the device’s default calendar app, use the Outlook mobile app and enable calendar sync.

On Android (default Calendar app):

1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Go to Settings (tap the profile icon or gear icon).
3. Under the email account that should sync, tap Calendar.
4. Turn on Sync calendars.
   • This exports Outlook calendars and events to the device’s default calendar app.
   • Two‑way sync is supported for Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, and hybrid modern authentication on‑premises mailboxes, so new or edited events sync both ways.
5. To stop syncing later, turn Sync calendars off; Outlook events will be removed from the default calendar app.

If calendar items are not appearing, also verify in Outlook mobile that the calendar is enabled for the account:

1. In Outlook, open Calendar.
2. Tap the three lines (menu) in the upper left.
3. Under the email account, ensure Calendar is checked so that account’s calendar is active.

On iOS (iPhone/iPad) using Outlook app:
