    Hi,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble purchasing Microsoft 365 subscription. I understand how frustrating it can be when your payment does not go through after several attempts.

    • Make sure your card is active, has sufficient funds, and is enabled for online transactions.
    • Sometimes purchase issues are caused by browser cache or temporary glitches, so the first step is to clear your browser cache and cookies to remove any corrupted or outdated data that may be affecting the transaction. If the issue persists, try completing the purchase using a different browser.
    • If there are too many failed attempts in a short period of time, the system may temporarily block purchases for security reasons, so if this happens, it’s best to wait a few hours before trying again.
    • Ensure your Microsoft account region matches your payment method billing address.

If the issue still persists after trying these steps, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support so they can check what is blocking the purchase on your account:

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
