    Hi Kristy,

You mentioned that you cannot login to the computer. May I know what error are you getting? A screenshot would be awesome.

To attach a screenshot, see below:

    • Press Windows key + Shift + S together on the keyboard. The screen will dim with overlay. Drag the pointer to take a screenshot.
    • The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard. Please press Ctrl+V in the editor to paste it, then confirm to attach the image.

Alternatively, you can press the PrtScn key on the keyboard, if it exists, to directly copy the Entire screen, which you can paste using CTRL+V.

To get Apple Music from Microsoft Store working on Windows 11 when sign-in or install is blocked, use these steps focused on the Store and device sign-in issues:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store app
    2. Press Windows key + R.
    3. In the Run dialog, type wsreset.exe and select OK.
    4. A blank Command Prompt window opens for a few seconds, then closes, and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
    5. In Microsoft Store, search for Apple Music and try to install it again.

This clears the Store cache and often fixes problems where the Install or Get button does nothing or sign-in behaves incorrectly.

    1. Restart after Windows updates

If Windows updates were recently installed, restart the PC before trying again. A pending restart can prevent apps from installing from Microsoft Store.

    1. Check why Apple Music might not show or install

If Apple Music is missing, has no working install button, or still refuses to install after the reset, check these conditions:

    1. Region availability
Not all apps are available in every country/region. If the Windows/Microsoft Store region is set to a country where Apple Music is not offered, the app may not appear or may not be installable.
    2. Microsoft family settings
If the account is part of a Microsoft family, family safety settings can hide or block certain apps. Make sure the correct Microsoft account is used and that family restrictions are not preventing the app from being shown or installed.
    3. App compatibility with the device
Microsoft Store automatically hides or disables the purchase/install button for apps that are incompatible with the device. If Apple Music is visible and installable on another PC but not on this one, the device may not meet the app’s requirements.
    4. PC authorization and Store sign-in
The PC must be signed into Microsoft Store with a Microsoft account and registered as a device for Store apps. If the Store is open but sign-in fails or the device is not recognized, add/verify the device under the Microsoft account as described in Add a device to your Microsoft account from the referenced article.
    5. If Microsoft Store itself is malfunctioning

If the problem is broader than Apple Music (for example, no apps will install or update, or buttons are blank/unresponsive):

    1. Run the wsreset.exe step above.
    2. Restart the PC.
    3. Confirm that date, time, and region settings are correct in Windows.
    4. Ensure the Microsoft Store Install Service is running and not disabled (if this service is stopped, Store installs will fail).

Once Microsoft Store is working normally and the device is properly signed in and authorized, Apple Music should install as long as it is available in the region and compatible with the device.
