Too much security

Question

We clicked on a little obscure button in Azure Security titled "Enhance Your Security." Since then our Outlook Desktop is disabled company-wide for all our Office 365 email accounts and the Outlook Web version no longer displays graphics although it is configured to display them. All this took place at 6 pm on the first of October. Neither Azure support nor Outlook support knows where this option is to uncheck it and has left us with no remedy.

@John G The tag you have selected is for Azure security center, are you sure you saw such option there ?

Looking at the issue behavior with Outlook, this looks more of a Azure AD controlled settings.

Can you look at this screenshot and confirm if this is what you saw while enabling it :
