component to handle rtf in ASP.NET Core

Hi team,

I'm currently developing a solution with ASP.NET Core, and I'm looking for a component to handle rich text. Specifically, I want a component that can take the user input from the front end and output the user input in rtf so I can save it to the database. Which library should I be looking at for this problem? Or is there a better way to handle this rich text thing? I really appreciate if you could suggest a new flow to resolve this issue.

You can search "asp.net core Html Editor component" or "Asp.net core Rich Text Editor component" online (using google or bing), there should have multiple optional options. Then, you can check the document to use it, and they might provide the related method to get the user input from the front end, then you can save the result into the database. You can also search some sample to learn how use the html editor.

Thank you for your response. I have looked at the options of html editors, but I don't think they quite work the way I want. They only output the html string while I want the rtf that looks like this

{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\nouicompat\deflang3081{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Segoe UI;}} {*\generator Riched20 10.0.17763}\viewkind4\uc1 \pard\f0\fs20\par }

I also tried to look for libraries that could convert html to rtf but so far I haven't found any. I have seen rtf to html, but not the way around
