To resolve this and be able to schedule the exam again, contact Pearson VUE support through the Microsoft Certification support channel and request that the Pearson VUE block on the account be lifted.
Use the support entry point provided for certification issues:
- Go to Microsoft Certification Support and open a case with Pearson VUE support, explaining that
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKappears when trying to schedule the exam.
After Pearson VUE removes the block, return to the exam scheduling page and try booking the exam again.
