Did you confirm the extra storage shows under the same account you use in Outlook on the web?
This usually means the quota has not updated yet or the storage is on a different account, so sign out and back in to refresh, then check your storage page to confirm the upgrade is active, and clear Deleted Items and Junk since they still count toward your limit.
If everything looks correct, wait a few hours for the update to sync.
