On the link below, Canon seem to provide a working driver for that printer model for Windows 11, try installing that driver:

If that does not resolve the problem, open the Microsoft Store app.

In the Microsoft Store app, search for Canon Print.

Install that app, it may be able to find a working driver for your printer.

Canon LBP3150 does not have a compatible Windows 11 driver, so reliable use on Windows 11 is not supported.

    The only Microsoft-supported options are:

    1. Try Windows Update / built-in driver
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select Add a printer or scanner and let Windows search.
      • If Windows finds a compatible driver and installs it, test printing. If not, this printer is effectively unsupported on Windows 11.
    2. Try generic or manufacturer driver (if any exist)
      • Follow the guidance in Fix printer driver compatibility issues in Windows to:
        • Confirm the Windows version.
        • Attempt to update the printer driver from Printers & scanners > printer Manage > Update driver.
      • If no compatible driver is found and Canon does not provide a Windows 11 driver for LBP3150, there is no supported way to make it work reliably.
    3. If the printer still does not work
      • When no compatible driver exists, the recommendation is to use a printer that is supported on Windows 11.
      • For any further device-specific options (such as legacy drivers or firmware workarounds), contact Canon support directly.
