I am unable to open the Outlook app by clicking on the icon or trying through the menu. I have important docs saved in Outlook that I cannot retrieve.
The Outlook Version is 1.2026.225.0 installed on my desktop.
I tried a 'Repair' but still cannot open the app.

Outlook has disappeared. when I click on icon, nothing happens. it was active this morning. now nothing

Can I get a bit more information when you say "unable to open the Outlook " does it display any error or just keeps loading in circles? Did you try to restart your device already and when was the last time it worked?
When I try to open Outlook Classic it just keeps loading in circles then stops. I cannot get it to open.
I want to transfer all of the emails in Outlook Classic to the New Outlook.
