The directory does not display because the guest user has not fully redeemed the invitation or is not signed into your tenant context.
To fix the issue, try the below steps:
Check if the user's status is accepted in Entra ID. If the invitation is still pending, send it again and accept it. Request that the user log in using: https://portal.azure.com/TenantID and Verify that the RBAC role has been assigned successfully by signing out and back in.
Guest users must accept the invite and access the correct tenant before it appears under “Switch directory.”
