Monthly payment while no subscription

Dear Madam or Sir,

I realised that I am paying a monthly payment to Microsoft while I currently have no suscription on my account:

Microsoft*Microie <>DUBLIN 2 - 190326 CB ************ - 10,00EUR = 1,000000

Could you plase let me know where this come from? Or if this is a mistake, could you please reimburse me?
