Can't install a minecraft bundle

I have bought a Minecraft bundle in November 2025.
In the meantime we had to reinstall the computer due to some issues and now it shows the bundle in order history but asks me to rebuy everything again.

Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection

Please let me know how I can get my bundle back as I do not see why I should buy and pay again.

Thanks

    Hello Andrea Herrmann,

Minecraft might be routing through a different ecosystem. I'd recommend checking the Xbox app first rather than the Microsoft Store Library, since both Java and Bedrock editions are managed through there:

Open the Xbox app (install from the Microsoft Store if missing) > Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase > Search for Minecraft in Library and check if it shows Install.

If the Xbox app also doesn't show it, run a quick WSReset first — open Run (Win + R), type wsreset, hit Enter, wait for the Store to reopen, then check the Xbox app Library again.

The bundle does not need to be purchased again, but it must be installed using the same Microsoft account and via Microsoft Store/Order history.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Sign in with the correct account
      • Go to the Order history page.
      • Make sure the Microsoft account used is the same one that was used to buy Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection.
      • Confirm that the bundle appears as purchased (not pending or refunded).
    2. Install from Order history
      • In Order history, locate the Minecraft bundle.
      • Select Product key/Install (or Install if that is the only option) next to the product to start download and installation.
      • If only Install is shown, the product may not use a product key and will install directly.
    3. If there is no Product key/Install option
      • Select the product name in Order history to open its product page in Microsoft Store.
      • If the button that previously showed Buy now shows Install, select Install to download and install the game.
    4. If the Store still shows a price (wants to charge again)
      • Confirm again that the signed‑in account in Microsoft Store matches the account used for the purchase.
      • Ensure the PC is added and authorized for that account (see Manage your devices for Microsoft Store from the Store help article if needed).
    5. Reset Microsoft Store if the install option is missing or not working
      • Press Windows logo key + R.
      • Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      • A blank Command Prompt window opens and closes after a few seconds, and Microsoft Store will reopen automatically.
      • Return to Order history and try Product key/Install or Install again.

If the bundle still cannot be installed even though it shows as purchased in Order history, contact Microsoft Store support for purchase help using the Get help option in the Store support article.
