I have had a Solitaire subscription for a few years. It auto renews each year. Apple shows it paid through January 2027. When I open it it will go to ads. Not every time but often enough to be annoying. Can you help?

Solitaire subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through the Apple App Store, not through Microsoft 365 billing. Since Apple shows the subscription as active through January 2027 but ads are still appearing, the issue is with how the app is recognizing the Apple subscription rather than with Microsoft 365.

    Steps to take:

    1. Verify the subscription status with Apple
      • On the iOS device, go to Settings[name]Subscriptions.
      • Confirm the Solitaire subscription is listed as active and the renewal date is January 2027.
    2. Restore the purchase inside the Solitaire app
      • Open the Solitaire app.
      • Look for an option such as Settings, Store, or Restore Purchase.
      • Use the Restore Purchase option so the app re-reads the active subscription from the Apple ID.
    3. Make sure the correct Apple ID is used
      • Confirm the device is signed in with the same Apple ID that shows the active Solitaire subscription.
    4. If the problem continues
      • Contact the app’s support (usually via a Help or Support option inside the Solitaire app or its App Store page).
      • If needed, contact Apple Support, since they manage billing and subscription validation for App Store purchases.

If at any point there is a need to cancel or change auto-renewal for this or any other Microsoft-related subscription purchased through Apple, use Settings → [name] → Subscriptions on the device to manage or turn off auto-renewal.
