S-mode will not disable

My S-mode will not disable. I have tried numerous times to t disable it be it will not. I need it off download my apps. to complete my designs and work. Please help me shut this garbage off.

    No, I did this also and the S-0mode is still victimizing me

    the solution here did not resolve the getting the villain S-mode to stop

    I tried this and reset to factory specs with delete all the info i may have put on the computer, and I STILL cannot get rid of that s-mode

    Open the start menu and type Windows Update and see if you have any updates pending.

    Click on the start menu Type 'WSreset.exe' and hit Enter.

    Restart your computer and see if the problem persists.

    Open the Settings app and go to System - Recovery.

    Click the "Install Now" button under "Fix problems using Windows Update."

    When finished, see if the problem persists.
