Download image for Surface Go 3
Prepare USB: 16GB+ Format FAT32
Extract all files to USB
Boot Surface:
Hold Volume Down + Power
Boot from USB
Choose:
Full clean install
Surface Go 3 Kmode Exception Not Handled Loop

After performing a factory reset with a clean install, system gets stuck in reboot loop with bsod. Can't log in or get any info or logs.
