    Greetings!

This is Tin, please check if your bluetooth speaker was set as the default device.

To check, press Windows key + R and type mmsys.cpl then press enter

On the Playback tab, make sure the bluetooth speaker is marked as the default device.

You may also check it by clicking the speaker icon on the taskbar

Then click on the arrow option and choose your speaker.

If it didn't work, please try to restart your computer and try to reconnect it.

    Thtn run the Audio troubleshooter

Click on the Start menu and type Troubleshoot and then press enter

Find the Audio option and then run it

    Check if the problem persists.

    Thank you,

    Tin
