Thanks for posting here in Microsoft Community, I understand that you’re having an issue pairing the Phone Link application on Windows where it keeps asking you to retry.
Since your Phone Link (Link to Windows) on your Windows PC repeatedly asks you to “Retry” during pairing, it usually means something is blocking the connection between the PC and your phone so make sure both devices are signed in to the same Microsoft account, connected to the same Wi‑Fi network (not mobile data, guest networks or a VPN) fully updated, and then completely reset Phone Link by resetting the app on Windows and clearing the cache and data of the Link to Windows app on your Android phone before restarting both devices and trying again.
May I know if any error message appears during the pairing process?
