Inbox not receiving mail

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me as the platform has no human help that i can get in contact with.
My Outlook inbox is not receiving mail. I am getting junk mail but nothing else, i can send e-mails however nothing is coming through.

I have sent e-mails to my inbox which is why i know its not working, I have tried ALL the recommended steps, restart, re-sync, unlink, relink, desktop vision, app uninstall, re-install, check my mailbox rules (there are none) nothing is working. The help agent on the app told me to use the ?help function on the outlook webpage, but it only leads me here, not to anyone in particular.

help me please.

Perfect. Have you made changes to the accounts, such as setting up any rules?

  • Sign in to OWA via your browser
  • Click the Settings icon (gear/cog wheel) in the top-right corner
  • Click View all Outlook settings
  • Go to MailRules
  • All your active inbox rules will be listed here

    Hi Kate,

    Let me gather a few more details.

    So you sent email to yourself from another Email you have, correct? If so, was any bounce back message recieved?

    Who is the Service provider of the Email?

    Do you happen to use any VPN?
