Disable Hidden Admin Share

Hi Experts,

My Team has domain Administrator Privileges and they can access any system through c$ (Hidden Admin Share) using Windows SMB.

Is there any way so can restrict the Administrator to access any system through Hidden Admin share.

    Hi @Osama Mansoor

    There is no way to limit access to the admin shares for users that are members of the local administrators of the server.

    No you can't remove the share.

    Hi,

    This method will disable the LanMan server service, which means all shares on the server will be disabled, not just the admin shares.
