Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
To give you the exact instructions and save you time, could you confirm what title appears at the top of the "setup" screen? If you can take a picture or describe whether the screen is light blue (Windows) or gray/black with technical text (BIOS/Aptio), it would help identify if the PC is not finding the disk or if it's just Windows that has crashed.
Although chances might be low since you've tried several options, please check if you can reach Safe Mode. This is a key diagnostic step.
(If you've already tried that, just tell me exactly what happened because it might help.)
In the step involving the "Windows Recovery Environment" article, the method under "Automatic Repair" is the most suitable for your case.
At the "Startup settings" step, press 4 or F4 to start Windows in Safe Mode.
You don't have to run Windows in Safe Mode forever. This is just a test to help isolate the source of the problem.
Note: If you cannot even reach the screen to choose "Startup Settings," or if the PC goes straight back to the BIOS after trying, please let me know.
Looking forward to your reply.
