Sharepoint page manage access issue - accidentally set restricted view for all members including owners

A question regarding permission setting in Sharepoint

I tried to modify the access level for visitors to one of the pages in my Sharepoint site, and in "Manage access" > "advanced", Manage permission, I accidentally selected all member groups including owners, and set the permission to "restricted view"

Now I need to ask for my own approval to view the page, but as an "owner" now I cannot approve it. I cannot view, edit or delete the page

Any solutions? Thanks

Because you also set the site owner's permissions to "restricted view", site owner cannot view, edit or delete the page is expected behavior.

You shouldn't set him to "restricted view" too.

Or, if you really don't want the site owner to have that permission, in this case only the site collection administrator has the permissions(approve/view/edit/delete).
