What files were deleted, is it the AutoCAD program files that were deleted or files you have created with the AutoCAD software?
If it is the AutoCAD program files that were deleted, have you tried reinstalling AutoCAD from the AutoDesk website.
If it is files that you created, where were the files stored on your PC, and do you use any cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.
