My Subscription was disabled as it ran out of credits, I reactivated the subscription, however the function app is stuck with the status of "Adimin disabled".

Thanks Siddhesh, When I try to stop the function I get the following message
"Failed to stop website: resourceId xxxxx, error Cannot complete the operation because subscription xxxx is suspended."
However the subscription is no longer suspended, it is currently active.
Also I cannot do a restart from the portal or the CLI. From the portal the restart button is disabled.

Can you raise a support ticket with Billing Team? this is a technical support. Until your subscription is enabled from backend, you won't be able to start any resource on Azure.
To raise a billing and subscription related issue, Refer the steps here:
Once you raise a support ticket with billing send me the support id.
Thanks Siddhesh, The subscription is enabled, however I still have the issue with the function app, when I try to stop the function I get this error "Cannot complete the operation because subscription xxxxx is suspended."
I’ve raised a support ticket and am currently working through the process with them. I’ll need to wait and see how things progress.
Can you provide me the Support Ticket id that you have created in the Private chat? I have messaged you in private conversation of this question.
Just wanted to check if you were able to access the Function app now with the help of support ticket you created?
