Hello Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request your support regarding the renewal of my Microsoft certification, which unfortunately expired very recently (just 2 days ago).

Prior to the expiration, I had already initiated the renewal process and was planning to complete the free renewal assessment within the eligible window. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete it before the certification expired. I now see that the renewal assessment option is disabled.

Given that I had actively intended to renew within the validity period and missed the deadline by a very small margin, I kindly request your consideration for a one-time exception to allow me access to the renewal assessment.

I highly value maintaining my certification and staying current with Microsoft technologies, and I would greatly appreciate your support in this matter.

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Kind regards,

Adarsh Waghray

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).
