Having issues configuring Enterprise Site Discovery via Intune/M365

Hi all,

I'm hoping this is some weird fluke or bug, or I'm just missing something here.

I'm trying to configure ESD so we can deploy IE mode through Intune. The setup wizard goes great up until I get to the 'Clean up site data' section, where you specify how you'll collect the generated XMLs. To this end, we're trying to use an Azure blob (which is the recommended solution). I paste the URL in there, re-specify the XML path, and when I get to the assignments dropdown to select the assignment (e.g., Groups, All Users, All Devices, etc.) and try to click the dropdown, the radio box at the top of the page switches from "Use an Azure Blob Storage" to "skip this section." In fact, if I click anywhere outside of a text box in this part of the form, the radio button up top changes from "Use an Azure Blob Storage" to "skip this section."

I've tried this in almost every major browser (while also clearing the cache and trying 'incognito') and am running into the same thing. Here's a brief video showing what I mean if my rambling above didn't make sense:

@iBowler-6290, To configure Enterprise Mode Site List with Microsoft Intune, there are a few steps to be involved:
-Create the Enterprise Mode Site list
-Create Azure Blob Storage
-Configure Administrative Templates profile in Intune

From your description, it seems we get some issue when Configure IE mode for Microsoft Edge. Here, we suggest to use Enterprise Mode Site list Manager with version 2 to get the EML. We can follow the steps in the following link to see if it can success.
https://www.inthecloud247.com/configure-the-enterprise-mode-site-list-with-microsoft-intune/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope it can help.

Hi @Crystal-MSFT

Thanks for the suggestion and the link, but I actually made a bit of a typo in the title (Which I'll fix now). I'm having an issue with Enterprise Site Discovery* not deployment. I can't configure the site discovery in M365 Admin Center because clicking a specific dropdown switches a radio button chosen earlier in the steps and won't let you proceed (see link I posted for a video example)

@iBowler-6290, , Thanks for the reply. As I am not familiar with Enterprise Site Discovery, I have done some research. During research, I find the Enterprise Site Discovery will help us discover which sites are using legacy document modes. I only find the article about Enterprise Site Discovery with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. But not find it with Intune.

From your description, it seems we configure the site discovery in M365 admin center. It seems when we click next, it will switch back to "clean up site data" section. Based on my checking in my Microsoft 365 admin center. I didn't find the option to Configure IE mode for Microsoft Edge. Could you let us know where I can go to the place.? So I can test if it is the same in my environment.
