Having issues configuring Enterprise Site Discovery via Intune/M365

Hi all,

I'm hoping this is some weird fluke or bug, or I'm just missing something here.

I'm trying to configure ESD so we can deploy IE mode through Intune. The setup wizard goes great up until I get to the 'Clean up site data' section, where you specify how you'll collect the generated XMLs. To this end, we're trying to use an Azure blob (which is the recommended solution). I paste the URL in there, re-specify the XML path, and when I get to the assignments dropdown to select the assignment (e.g., Groups, All Users, All Devices, etc.) and try to click the dropdown, the radio box at the top of the page switches from "Use an Azure Blob Storage" to "skip this section." In fact, if I click anywhere outside of a text box in this part of the form, the radio button up top changes from "Use an Azure Blob Storage" to "skip this section."

I've tried this in almost every major browser (while also clearing the cache and trying 'incognito') and am running into the same thing. Here's a brief video showing what I mean if my rambling above didn't make sense:

@iBowler , To configure Enterprise Mode Site List with Microsoft Intune, there are a few steps to be involved:
-Create the Enterprise Mode Site list
    -Create Azure Blob Storage
-Configure Administrative Templates profile in Intune

From your description, it seems we get some issue when Configure IE mode for Microsoft Edge. Here, we suggest to use Enterprise Mode Site list Manager with version 2 to get the EML. We can follow the steps in the following link to see if it can success.

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    Hope it can help.
