Hello Team,

I recently attended a Microsoft Certification exam, but during check-in, the proctor identified a name mismatch in my profile.

My name is currently displayed as "Divya RR", but my correct name (as per my ID proof) is "Divya R".

A case ID [Moderator's note: personal info removed] was created during the exam, and I was advised to contact support to resolve this issue and reschedule the exam.

Kindly assist me in correcting my name and guide me on rescheduling the exam.

Please let me know if any documents are required from my side.

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings
