Hi Yellow Creative,
Microsoft has officially retired the legacy Volume Licensing Service Center and migrated all licensing management directly into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Your server licenses remain completely valid, but you must now access them through admin.microsoft.com using an active organizational account possessing either Global Administrator or Volume Licensing Administrator permissions. Once logged in, navigate through the portal by expanding the Billing section, opening Your products, and selecting the Volume licensing tab to view your legacy contracts and associated product keys.
If your licenses do not automatically populate in this directory, your current administrative account is likely not linked to the original purchase agreement. You can resolve this directly within the portal by selecting the option to add an agreement and inputting the exact authorization and license numbers from your original purchase documentation. This authentication process binds the historical server rights to your current tenant environment. Should the system reject these numbers or if the agreement remains tied to a departed employee's credentials, you will need to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support to manually remap the contract to your active account profile.
Hope this answer brought you some useful information. If it did, please hit “accept answer”. Should you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment.

To regain access to Windows Server 2012 R2 licensing information on the web, the Volume Licensing agreement and licenses must be associated with an active admin account for the organization.
