    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please try the following:

    • Open Copilot Studio in an Incognito window

    • Try Microsoft Edge if you're using another browser

    • Disable any browser extensions (especially ad blockers/VPNs)

    • Clear cache and cookies, then reload

    Also, since this is a new trial, environment provisioning can take a few minutes. If you just signed up, please wait ~15–30 minutes and try again.
