Keep getting below messages in Azure portal. This account I can login with no issues but when doing anything like creating subscription it will throw error. Sometimes, it will go to the blue screen asking for retry or logout. I also get the message interaction needed which I ignore but still does not work.

Experiencing authentication issues

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: fx Resource: jarvis Details: interaction_required: AADSTS16000: User account '{EUII Hidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Error fetching tenants

There was an error fetching tenants. Please reload the portal to try again. If you wish to switch tenants, you can sign in directly into a tenant by specifying the tenant domain or tenant id as part of the portal URL. For example, https://portal.azure.com/tenantdomain.com or https://portal.azure.com/tenantID
