Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Reaching out to support differs and it is not related on the plan that you have. May I check and confirm if on the query that you have or if there is a specific issue that you are experiencing?

There is a support chat for consumer products. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Users in Q&A report that the experience may be time-consuming, unfortunately.

You can ask your question here in the forum, if you want to test user-to-user assistance.

Support is still available with an individual (home) Microsoft 365 subscription; changing from Family to an individual plan does not remove access to support.

For Microsoft 365 for home (including Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family), support options are:

    1. Search online help for self-service troubleshooting.
    2. Ask questions in the Microsoft Community.
    3. Use the Get Help app or a browser to contact support (chat or call back), depending on the product and issue.

For home subscriptions such as Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, and Microsoft 365 Premium, technical support is available via chat and call back from support experts, as long as the product is still in support.

If support seems harder to find, use these entry points from the documentation:

    • Go to the Microsoft 365 for home help and support flow: search from https://support.microsoft.com or use the Get Help app and choose the Microsoft 365/Office product.
    • From the “Contact Microsoft Office Support” guidance, use the Get Help app or browser-based “contact support” flow to reach an agent.

If the subscription changed from a home plan to a business plan or vice versa, the support entry point also changes (home uses consumer support flows; business uses the Microsoft 365 admin center). But moving from Family to an individual home plan does not remove support access.
