The supported resolution is to contact Pearson VUE support via the Microsoft Certification Support channel and request that they check and remove any Pearson VUE–wide block on the exam profile. Use the support entry point at https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport and follow the guidance there to reach Pearson VUE support. Once the block is lifted, retry scheduling the exam.
If the problem persists even after Pearson VUE confirms there is no block, open a ticket through the same Certification Support channel so Microsoft can investigate the scheduling issue on the certification profile.
