Why can't I speak to a live person? Good grief! BOTS and AI can't interact and assist paying customers!

More than one billion people all over the world are using Microsoft software. If 1 hundredth of 1 percent of them want to talk to an agent on an average day, that's 100,000 phone calls each day. Some calls might take just a few minutes to answer, while others could take hours, depending on the nature of the problem. Microsoft can't possibly hire enough people who know all of Microsoft's products to answer 100,000 phone calls from anywhere in the world every day.

Instead, they hire a limited number of third-party contractors to answer calls. These are intended for people who truly have no other way of obtaining help.

Fortunately, most of us don't need to rely on that because there are so many different ways of getting help, including right here and, yes, including AI. I get great information from ChatGPT.

Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing with Microsoft Office (365), is it a problem with the apps, or a subscription problem, if it is a problem with the apps, please provide a screenshot of any error you may be seeing.
