Outlook email problem

I am having the same problem as the last time I contacted customer support. When I send emails from my two outlook email accounts: ******@outlook.com and ******@outlook.com they come back as Undeliverable because the are flagged as spam (which they are not).

    In many cases, this can be related to a file attachment, the message formatting, or even a signature inserted as an image. It would also be helpful to confirm whether this happens when sending to all recipients or only to one specific server or domain.
