Server 2019 Essentials Installation Problems

Started an evaluation installation of 2019 Server Essentials last week and ran into a problem. The initial installation went without a hitch, and then the server rebooted but has never continued the installation script to setup Domain, Domain Admin., etc. Is there a way to initiate this installation script from within the OS, and what is it called?

I was testing an in-place upgrade from 2016 Essentials to 2019 Essentials last week, and that went fairly easily. But now I needed to test a scratch installation on a different piece of hardware and ran into this glitch.

Thanks in advance for any insights...

The Windows Server Essentials Experience role and dashboard were removed with Essential 2019. You can follow along here to configure via PowerShell.
