I recently had to disable TPM on my mother board, and I noticed a activate windows watermark. Didn't think to much of it, turned TPM back on, and its still their. I tried using the trouble shooter but it just tells me their is nothing it can do. I have a legit copy of windows and don't understand why it won't just reactivate.

2026-04-18T12:39:46.8366667+00:00 How did you get this license? It’s OEM-COA-NSLP. It’s not digital so you cannot use troubleshooter to activate. You need the actual 5x5 key. Do you still have it? Look for a sticker on the computer somewhere to see if the computer builder put it there somewhere.

2026-04-18T12:53:57.87+00:00 I think i got the licsence on a cd from ebay. But i don't have the cd anymore, I did some looking around and i ran wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey. It gave me this OA3xOriginalProductKey.

2026-04-18T13:01:44.9933333+00:00 I fixed my problem, I think when i went into my bios and changed tpm settings windows got confused on which version it was on, and i switched to the proper version and am now actived.

Just FYI - the wmic command is only if the key is embedded in the motherboard. but yours is NSLP type, meaning it is not embedded, hence it wouldn't return the key.
