Cant activate windows

I've been trying to activate my windows 11 for the last few months and vie clicked troubleshoot and they said that they found a Windows 11 s mode digital license but my laptop is running Windows 11 pro in s mode I've done countless things they told me but I cant download files such as the media creation tool because I'm in s mode and cant download anything that's not from Microsoft store if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it

    Did Windows activation stop working out of the blue, or is this a reinstall?

    Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

    slmgr /dlv
