Not receiving emails

I am no longer receiving emails from the company I am working for. I have notified them, and they said the problem is not on their side, I should check with my provider.

    If you’re not receiving emails, the issue is usually with your mailbox settings or your provider, not the sender.

    Steps to fix:

    Check your Junk/Spam folder to see if the emails are being filtered.

    Make sure your mailbox isn’t full—delete old or large emails to free space.

    Verify your email rules/filters (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) to ensure messages aren’t being redirected or blocked.

    Confirm your internet connection and that you can send/receive other emails.

    Log in to your email account via the web browser (not just the app) to see if messages appear there.

    If still missing, contact your email provider’s support—they can check if messages are being blocked before reaching you.
